Does granting special privileges to women in the workforce make us less competitive than more capitalistic?
Does granting special privilages to women in the workforce make us less competative than more capitalistic countries.
The whole affirmative action, gender quota system, which grants a lot of privilages to women…does this not end up making companies less competative and increase their expenses (by having to give a certain sex more privilages do we not end up increasing our expenses)
The other problem with having a lot of women in the work force in inconsistancy , a woman is allowed to take upto 4 months paid maternity leave in most countries. Now a woman could choose to have 3 kids over a 4 year period, thats a total of 12 months (1 year) of leave, but at the end of it she will still demand the same pay as a male colleague in a similar postion. (the company records will reflect that she has been am employee of the company for 4 years, she won’t take into consideration that the man has actually been consistently working for 4 years).

patois, i bet your article was written by a feminist with no interest in the actual truth.
Tell me Patois, what percentage of Fortune 500 companies were actually founded\started by women?
patois, please also explain how women cost less to train and educate…seems like more mindless feminist illogic.
i want to rephrase the question to….
“Does granting special privilages to women in the workforce make us less competative than more capitalist and open\free market type countries.”
